Chicken Cameos

The last few days I have been working on a design for the next Spoonflower contest. It started out as a simple idea of cameos of chickens. I have four chickens and we have a lot fun watching them roam around the yard. I did a few drawings in my sketchbook.
I had a lot of fun creating cameo frames.
I scanned the drawings and reworked them in photoshop…adding the stripes and playing with color:
Oh yes! I think you should have some of this fabric made in upholstery weight and cover your couch!
It makes me want to buy chickens. I love this design.
